My Bluetens doesn't turn on

Please make sure you have charged your Bluetens for at least one hour via the supplied USB cable. An orange LED should turn on when charging your Bluetens and turn off when the battery is full.

If Bluetens turned off after a failed firmware update, please visit this page to solve the problem.

If you think a LED might be the problem, please fill in the contact form below.

You do not need to access the Bluetooth menu and pair your Bluetens manually.

Your device and its dedicated application automatically synchronize without you to pair them yourself. Just make sure that your Bluetooth is on. When you start a program, the connection will happen automatically.

Be sure to use the supplied USB cable, when you charge Bluetens the orange LED should be on. If this is the case, leave the device charging until the orange LED turns off. In that moment, the battery will be full.

If the orange LED does not light up, try charging the device with a different USB cable. If it works, contact us so that we can replace the USB cable.

If one or more LEDs are flashing, please contact our customer service by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

The 4 electrodes must be positioned on the skin without being overlapped. Make sure that the electrode cable is inserted into the Bluetens, start a program and then gradually increase the intensity. You should see a blue LED turning on, if so it means that a program is underway.
