My Bluetens doesn't turn on

Make sure you have charged your Bluetens for at least 1 hour using the USB cable supplied. An orange LED should light up during charging and go out when the battery is full.

If the problem persists, reset the device by lightly pressing a paper clip into the hole at the top of the case. Repeat this procedure several times.

If you think there's a problem with one of the LEDs, go to the contact form at the foot of the page.

You don't need to go to the Bluetooth menu and pair the Bluetens manually.

Your device and its dedicated application synchronise automatically without you having to pair them yourself. Just make sure your Bluetooth is switched on and when you launch a program, the connection will be made automatically. Location services must also be activated for Android smartphones.

Make sure you use the USB cable supplied. When charging, an orange LED should light up. If this is the case, leave the device to charge until the orange LED goes out, at which point the battery will be full.

If the orange LED does not light up, try charging the device with another USB cable.

You can reset the device by lightly pushing a paper clip through the hole in the top of the device. Repeat this 3 times and switch your Bluetens back on.

If the problem persists, contact us.

If one or more LEDs on your device are flashing, please reset the Bluetens by inserting a paper clip into the top of the device.

Les 4 électrodes doivent êtres positionnées sur la peau sans se chevaucher.

Assurez-vous que le câble électrodes est bien inséré dans le Bluetens, lancez un programme puis augmentez l'intensité graduellement.

This is normal!

Depending on whether your dominant limb is left or right, your musculature differs slightly and so the stimulation also works differently.
